Our founder and chairman, Mrs. Poonam Singh, a renowned educationist and philanthropist, hails from a rural background in Bihar. She understands the challenges faced by women in the state, having experienced them firsthand. After spending 20 years in Delhi, she realized the value of exposure and empowerment that quality education provides. With a vision to give back to her community, she founded Shivpari Devi Teacher’s Training College in her home state of Bihta, Patna.
